I am seeing a large influx of calls and inquiries over the last 2-3 weeks of buyers looking to get into the market. This is a welcoming insight to what's to come. With interest rates now under 6%, buyers are coming back into the market. With our inventory still low, it just may swing back into a seller's market if the pent up buyer demand comes back strong. Time will tell.
