For the first time in months, sellers are receiving on average just shy of their list price. For months we've seen sellers receive over list price. Average days on market is still lower than last August when the average days on market was 65.
Our average list price for previously owned homes last August was $547,000 while last month the average was $711,142. That's an increase of 35.1% in one year.
