Recent properties in the neighborhood show lots around a half acre and larger, with custom and newer homes featuring things like oversized garages, RV parking, covered outdoor living areas and higher-end finishes.
The result is a neighborhood that feels considerably more spacious than a typical high-density subdivision without the maintenance that comes with owning five or ten acres.
Why Buyers Look at Fox Hollow
For me, the appeal of Fox Hollow comes down to its location and setting.
You get that trees + space + custom-home feel people often picture when they think about moving to North Idaho, but you're not way outside of town.
Fox Hollow is also close to Hayden Lake, Hayden Lake Country Club, Avondale Golf Club, restaurants, shopping and outdoor recreation, making it a good neighborhood to explore if you want a quieter setting without giving up convenience.

Fox Hollow does have an HOA. HOA dues, rules and CC&Rs can change, so buyers should review the current association documents and fees for the specific property they're considering rather than relying on older listing information.

Fox Hollow is one of several Hayden neighborhoods I recommend looking at when someone tells me:
